The MIL Eco-friendly commitment
We have a responsability toward the Nature and the Island which welcome us.
- When we arrived on the land, only the invasive lemon grass was growing, so we started to plant flowers and trees before to start to build, and we can enjoy now a wonderful tropical garden that bring birds, butterflies, shade and allow new species to grow (more than 150).
- We collect water from the rain (5500 gallons).
- We reduce our waste volume by sorting vegetable wastes that can be composted.
- We educate our staff to reduce electrical waste, water consumption, dishwashing liquid and other detergents.
- Our clients can choose to replace their towels when they wish by drop them off on the floor or on request.
- Most of lights are LED energy saving.
- All glasses for drinks at the pool and lunch box are recyclable and purchased from 100% Green Dominica.
- Our new rooms are all equiped with disconnector to avoid A/C working when door open.
- The roofing palm on our Prestige rooms break down 7°C temperature.
- We collect cap on each bottle for a French association which recycle the plastic to benefit disable people.
Reservation and cancellation policies :
- 50% (nonrefundable) of the total price is charge as deposit after reservation and the total price if the client cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
- 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount can be charge in the 7 days before arrival.
Extra bed :
- All children are welcome
- All children under 2 years are charged USD 5 per night (crib on request)
- All children under 12 years are charged USD 20 per night for extra beds
- All further older children or adults are charged USD 25 per night for extra beds
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1
